All Natural Cleaning Products--An Honest Review

A review of all natural cleaners, plant based cleaning products. Products tested are the Method brand cleaners. | On The Creek Blog // www.onthecreekblog.com
An honest review of all natural cleaning products! I’ll tell you if they actually work as well as their toxic alternatives!

Note:  Method products are not included on the EPA-registered disinfectant list to use against COVID-19.

I want to start off by saying that this post is not sponsored in any way.  I was just super curious about more natural cleaning products & wanted to give them a try!

Natural cleaning products first came onto my radar after I started seeing other bloggers promoting a cleaning supply subscription service. I took a look around the website & became aware of a more natural alternative to cleaning products.

Then I randomly saw a thread on Reddit about natural cleaning products & how they’re super nontoxic & I became really interested in trying them. With pets that love to get into everything (like stepping on the floor right after I’ve cleaned it!), a nontoxic alternative sounded great!

The thing about me is that I’m kind of picky when it comes to buying things. I rarely buy things online because I want to physically see them first before I buy. When it comes to things that are scented, like cleaning products, I also like to smell them before buying!

So I set off to find some natural cleaning supplies in stores! Luckily, I was able to find these at Menards! I couldn’t wait to get home & try them out!

I know I’m getting older when I get super excited about cleaning supplies!

I was really worried that they would be a waste of time because how powerful can a plant based cleaner really be?

Apparently, super powerful!

In using these products, I didn’t find them to be inferior to my usual cleaners at all! They worked just as good as the more toxic stuff.

And they smell amazing! Seriously, I’m in love with the almond floor cleaner! It makes my house smell fantastic!

I was super impressed with the glass cleaner. Our front doors get super dirty from the dogs & the cleaner took the smudges & nastiness right off! I also used a little around the door & it cleaned really good there too!

Now I think I’m pretty much sold on all natural cleaners! I’m definitely going to be replacing my old, toxic cleaners with nontoxic alternatives! I can’t wait to try the laundry detergent & stain removers!
