3 Protein Shake Recipes
I’ve really gotten into making protein shakes & I thought I’d share recipes for 3 of the ones I’ve made!
I’ve tried making my own protein shakes in the past, but always ended up hating the way the ones with whey tasted. I also have a difficult time with dairy sometimes, so I was looking for a dairy free alternative. I had heard good things about Orgain Protein powder, so I decided to try it. I ended up loving it! The plant based powder is so much better than the whey protein powders I’ve tried in the past! I’ve made protein drinks with Orgain two different ways & loved them both!
I also had this tub of PBfit in my cupboard, so I decided to try it as a protein powder. While I only made a shake once with it, I really liked the peanut butter flavor! While browsing their website, I found out they sell actual protein powder too, which I thought was really cool!
Here are the 3 protein shakes I made:
Ingredients
2 scoops Orgain Vanilla Bean
1 cup Caramel Coffee
Dash of coffee creamer
12ish ice cubes
Directions
Mix everything in blender until smooth!
Ingredients
2 scoops Orgain Vanilla Bean
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup Wellness Blend (from Aldi)
Directions
Mix everything in blender until smooth!
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons PBfit
1 cup Caramel Coffee
Dash of coffee creamer
12ish ice cubes
Directions
Mix everything in blender until smooth!
