I’m starting up a Thanksgiving drink recipe series & this caramel apple punch is the first of 4 recipes that will be featured!
I have to say, when I first thought up the idea of having a Thanksgiving inspired recipe series this November, I was completely excited. There are so many things I could make! I almost forgot that I can’t really cook so it would have been basically just me going on Pinterest & modifying recipes that were already done by other people & that’s no fun at all.
Then, after making this caramel apple punch, my confidence level skyrocketed with drink making & I decided to go full force with 4 weeks worth of fall inspired drinks. Also, I say “fall inspired” incredibly lightly because pomegranates & apples mean fall, right?!
I also will remind you right now that I’m not a chef & recipe development is a new deal for me. But! This first recipe is really good & I’m hoping the other drinks will turn out just as good.
Now, about this caramel apple punch…
I don’t know how I managed to mix these flavors together to come out tasting like a caramel apple but it works! It mixes apple & vanilla flavors to form a caramel apple in a glass. I added some fresh cut apples & cranberries to mine because I love adding fresh fruit to my drinks, but it’s totally optional. I wonder how ice cream would be?! Too much?! Caramel apple floats anyone?! I’ll have to make it & report back!
What I love about this punch is that it can be made ahead of time & placed in the refrigerator until the party…if it will last that long! The liquids can also be adjusted to make more or less, for larger or smaller crowds.

- 2 cups Apple Cider
- 2 cups Vanilla Cream Soda
- 1 cup Cranberry Juice Cocktail
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
Whip this up & tell me what you think!
