Confession:  menu planning is totally not my thing…but because I’m trying to adult, I’ve started making menu plans. 

My mom can go into the kitchen and whip up incredible food with whatever ingredients she has.  Me…not so much.  My meals need to be preplanned forever!

This week’s plan revolves around things we already had at our house minus a couple ingredients here and there that we went grocery shopping to pick up.
