Easter was a success! I made 2 Pinterest inspired recipes and there was tons of food.

Here's what I made:

Millionaire Pie

Millionaire Pie

This pie is fantastic! I used this recipe and it didn't disappoint. Because I am the laziest food preparer ever, instead of freezing the pie with half the whipped topping and adding the other half on top, I just dumped all of the whipped topping in the mix. I did have some leftover mixture, but it's fantastic without the crust too. I guess this isn't an authentic Millionaire Pie, but it was fantastic.

Sherbet Church Punch

Sherbet Church Punch

Because we are the most impatient family in existence, my dad actually made the punch. Since I was making the Millionaire Pie at the time, I didn't have time to look at the recipe and left him in charge of the punch. Now, my dad is the father of trashing up recipes. When left to his own devices, he trashes up every single recipe he can get his hands on! At my cousin's graduation party a few years ago, he was left in charge of the grill for several minutes and every spice that was hanging out beside the grill made its way onto the hamburgers! His recipes surprisingly always turn out awesome, if flavor is your jam. Anyway, my dad trashed up this punch to the point where I was freaking out, but it still ended up tasting awesome. I'll share the recipe soon.
